Performance Agreement

Ministry of Education and Culture Performance Agreement

Performance Agreement (PK) is a sheet or document that contains an assignment from the head of a higher agency to the head of a lower agency to carry out a program or activity accompanied by performance indicators. Through PK, the commitment of the recipient of the trust is realized and the agreement between the recipient and the giver of the mandate on measurable, specific performance, based on duties, functions and authority as well as available resources. The agreed performance is not limited to the performance resulting from the activities of the year in question, however
including performance (outcome) which should have been realized as a result of the activities of the previous years. Thus the promised performance targets also include outcome yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan tahun-tahun sebelumnya, sehingga terwujud kesinambungan kinerja setiap tahunnya

The purpose of preparing a Performance Agreement is:

  1. As a concrete manifestation of the commitment between the recipient and the giver of trust to improve the integrity, accountability, transparency and performance of the apparatus;
  2. Creating performance benchmarks as a basis for evaluating apparatus performance;
  3. As a basis for assessing the success or failure of achieving organizational goals and objectives and as a basis for giving awards and sanctions;
  4. As a basis for the trust giver to monitor, evaluate and supervise the development or progress of the mandate recipient's performance;
  5. As a basis for setting employee performance targets

The Nusa Cendana University Performance Agreement includes:

  1. Chancellor's Performance Agreement with the Director General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance
  2. Chancellor's Performance Agreement with the Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology
